Nayo Ovalle bought it from Angel de Leon in 2017 with the aim of improving specialty single varieties like Caturra, San Ramon and Bourbon. Nayo Ovalle, being a third generation, was born into a family of coffee producers’ tradition, and since childhood he lived among coffee farms.
